Accommodation Mountain Chalets

Mountain Chalets are chalets with a different range of accommodation, which offer facilities even for the most demanding guests. They are located in the heart of the nature of Mala Fatra, near the Valčianska dolina ski resort. You will definitely appreciate the saunas and whirlpools in the winter, and during the summer you can refresh yourself in the salt water pool, play volleyball, soccer or badminton on the beach court, and the children's house with a trampoline will delight even our youngest guests. Meals are available in a hotel approximately 200m away and in the Humno restaurant with half-board options.

 

Four chalets and two Hobbit houses with a total capacity of 56 people are available all year round: Chalet u Orla, Chalet u Býka, Chalet u Medveľa and Chalet pod Medveľom. Each cottage has the same equipment with a capacity of 6 to 8 people. On the ground floor of each cottage there is a common room with a TV, radio, board games, a spacious couch (1x extra bed) and a fireplace that warms and creates a pleasant atmosphere. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a separate toilet. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet on the upper floor of the cottage. Hobbit houses are equipped with four bedrooms for 6 to 10 adults and 2 to 6 children. You will find two bathrooms with a toilet, a common room and a kitchen. Guests have access to an outdoor pool and a Finnish sauna for perfect relaxation. There is also a jacuzzi in the chalet near the Bull, under the Bear and in the Hobbit houses.

 

We move with the times, we always try to improve, and that's why we have also prepared for you new Chalets in the crowns of trees, which are surrounded by nature. Every view from the window draws you right into the forest, where you feel like you're in a fairy tale. The views enchant with their scenery of colors in every season. The chalets are at the height of the treetops, hence their name. Just the view from below tempts you to look inside and experience the incredible luxury and view. The staircase leads you to the house, where you will be enchanted by the high ceiling. A living room with a large sofa, a fireplace and a TV, connected to a fully equipped kitchen that has a fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven, an oven, a glass ceramic hob, a toaster, an electric kettle, a Dolce Gusto presso machine, a dishwasher and a washing machine. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace, where there is outdoor dining seating, a gas grill, a hot tub and incredible views. From the terrace there is also a view of the children's playground with a trampoline, a bouncy castle and a swimming pool with salt water. From the living room to the other side, three stairs lead to two bathrooms and three bedrooms with double beds, two of which have a fixed bed. More stairs lead to the attic room, which is intended for children. It has three beds and a view of the entire lower part, so they are always in contact with you.

 

Mountain Chalets has other new additions, Chalet Diviak and Chalet Jeleň, which are also located near the Snowland ski resort and have piste-oriented views. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy the sound of the stream. The chalet has a common room with a large couch from which you can enjoy views of the ski resort. You can also enjoy the fire in the fireplace, which is under the TV, this room is connected by a large massive dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, oven, glass ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto press, dishwasher and washing machine). Through the corridor you can reach the three bedrooms. One has a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, the other bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, so it is ideal for children. Next to this bedroom is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed and next to it there is a technical room, which can also be accessed from the outside, where you can store your bike, skis, stroller, and a heated ski boot dryer will also please you. On the terrace, you can enjoy the views of the slopes with a glass of wine either from the hot tub or from the terrace seating near the grill and good food. Parking is available at the cottage for 2 cars.

 

Outside, you can spend free time in the gazebo with the possibility of grilling or by the fireplace. There is a playground, sandpit, climbing frames and trampoline for children. On request, we can provide Thai massages directly in the premises of the cottage. Of course, the equipment also includes a free WiFi internet connection. You can park your car directly at the accommodation (2 parking spaces at each cottage).

 

Mountain Chalets are located only 150 meters from the famous ski resort Snowland Valčianska dolina. However, nearby you can also ski on other slopes, such as in the Martinské hole ski resort or in the Rajecká Lesná Ski Park. There are also many opportunities for cycling and hiking in the vicinity, Znievsky Castle, the Lookout on Tanková cesta or the HZS Ferrata on Martinské hole.
